Resident/community groups, charitable and not-for-profit organizations, and Business Improvement Areas are invited to apply for funds for projects that green our neighbourhoods, reduce emissions, clean our air and help us adapt to climate change.

My Winter 2011 Newsletter to residents published the date for the Levee as Sunday, January 1st.  After the newsletter went to print the Mayor's office changed the date to Monday, January 2nd.

		<description><![CDATA[Celebrate the Holiday Season and St. James Park this Thursday evening.  

Join residents and buisnesses of the St. Lawrence Market neighbourhood in celebrating the season with music and unveiling of the festive lights in St. James Park.  

Entertainment will be provided by the St. James Cathedral Carillon Bells and a quartet of Victorian Singers.  Free cider, hot chocolate and coffee will be provided.

Following the light-up, the Carol Singers will perform for the neighbourhood as they travel along King, Jarvis, Adelaide and Church Streets.
